Cannabis seeds sold by Wolf House Farms are sold as collectible souvenirs, for preservation of genetics, and for novelty purposes only. Germination and cultivation may be illegal in your jurisdiction. Wolf House Farms does not condone, encourage, or promote germination or cultivation where prohibited by law.
2. Age restriction
You represent and warrant that you are at least 21 years of age. We reserve the right to verify your age, refuse service, or cancel an order if we suspect you are under 21. Resale of products purchased from us to anyone under 21 is prohibited. Website age confirmation is a self-attestation and does not verify identity.
3. Compliance with law
Before purchasing, possessing, germinating, or using seeds, you are responsible for checking and complying with all applicable local, state, and federal laws. By placing an order, you affirm that your purchase is lawful in your jurisdiction. A purchase does not grant permission to germinate or cultivate. We do not sell or ship where prohibited by applicable law.
4. No germination guarantee or growing advice
We do not guarantee germination and do not provide germination instructions or cultivation advice. Any information on our website, blog, or packaging is for educational and informational purposes only.
5. No medical advice or claims
Our seeds are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. We make no medical claims. Website content is not medical advice. Consult a licensed physician before using any cannabis product.
6. Orders, payment & right to refuse
We reserve the right to refuse a sale, cancel an order, or limit quantities at our discretion, subject to applicable law. Submitting a reservation does not charge you or guarantee stock. Cash App, Apple Pay, and cash by mail are the only payment options. Cash by mail is available using the mailing address shown at checkout. Payment requests and verification are handled manually. For Cash App or Apple Pay, wait for our payment request before paying. For cash by mail, send payment as soon as possible and include your order number. Save your on-screen confirmation; automatic confirmation emails are not sent.
7. Shipping & returns
The Shipping & Returns policy forms part of these terms. Orders are for US delivery only, where lawful. Seed sales are final once shipped, subject to the damaged-on-arrival process and any rights required by applicable law.
8. Responsibility & limitation of liability
You assume responsibility for your purchase and any unlawful use of seeds. To the extent permitted by applicable law, Wolf House Farms is not liable for illegal use of seeds purchased from this website. Nothing in these terms excludes liability or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
