US delivery only
Wolf House Farms accepts orders for delivery within the United States to adults 21 years of age or older, only where the sale, shipment, and possession of seeds are lawful. We do not ship internationally. Orders with delivery addresses outside the United States will be canceled and refunded if payment has been collected. A US address alone does not establish that a shipment is lawful.
Packaging & delivery
Orders are shipped in discreet, odor-proof packaging with no external indication of contents. Available shipping charges are shown at checkout. We do not promise a dispatch or delivery date unless confirmed for your order.
Local laws & forwarding
It is your responsibility to understand applicable laws before purchasing, germinating, or cultivating seeds. Wolf House Farms does not promote or condone illegal cultivation. If you independently forward a delivery outside the US, you assume the risk of customs seizure. We do not offer reshipment for customs seizures. Forwarding does not change our US-only shipping policy.
Final sales & damaged deliveries
To maintain genetic integrity, seed sales are final once the product has shipped. We do not accept returns or exchanges unless the product arrives damaged, subject to rights required by applicable law. Report damage within 48 hours of delivery with photos and your order reference, using the contact channel supplied with your order or payment request. Keep the product and packaging while your claim is reviewed.
Payment & confirmation
No payment is taken at checkout. Wolf House Farms coordinates Cash App and Apple Pay payments manually using your payment contact. Cash by mail needs no payment-app account. Use the mailing address shown at checkout. For Cash App or Apple Pay, wait for the team’s payment request. For cash by mail, send payment as soon as possible and include your order number. Payment is verified before fulfillment. Save or print your on-screen confirmation because automatic confirmation emails are not sent.
